Hey guys. Hope you’re doing well. This weekend pasted so quickly that it is already Monday. : ) I had a great start to this week, woke up early, had breakfast and then a nice pilates session. I want to incorporate a pilates class a week to workout different muscle groups because I want to change it up. Pilates is so good for toning up & focusing on smaller muscle groups. So my workout schedule looks like this: once a week I will go for a run, I will do a pilates workout (30-60min) per week, and 2-3 times workout as I usually do. The other days I will try to rest. I also go for a long walk (1-2h) per day so that’s also a great exercise. If you’re just starting with workouts go for a long walk a day, and then 2 -3 times per week do a workout session or try pilates. You will quickly see results from it, not just on the way you look like but you will feel so much better! Working out regularly gives you so much more energy, vitality, balance and happiness from within! SO please try it out! hehe Clearly I love it so much that I want everyone to start working out and exercising. ; ) )

summer vibes

Hey everyone! Hope you’re having a great weekend. I slept in today which was so nice. The sun is slowly coming out so I will go for a walk. The other day there was 24 °C outside and that made me super happy! Spring is fully here now. I love summer as you probably know. hehe Before I can head out I need to wait for a food delivery. 
I am a sucker for black ootd so that is what I wore the other day. : ) It only changes when its summer and I wear colourful dresses and tops. hehe But black will always be my go to, cause it is super easy and I like that. How are you? We entered lockdown number I don’t even know anymore. I am getting very annoyed by it to be honest. I know there is no other way than with restrictions and lockdowns but still. It does not seem like it is working that well. Anyways, we can only try to do our best and wait it out. It will pass one day for sure! Have a great weekend everyone. See you soon. Kisses

Hey guys! Hope you’re all doing well! I am not feeling 100% today even though I had a great night of sleep. I guess it is the rainy weather, I feel so tired when it is raining outside. I am sure you know the feeling of wanting to chill under a blanket and watch movies on those rainy days. hehe This morning I went out to run some errands and then did a little work. I am thinking of doing a workout soon which will give me some energy. But then I think, do I have to force myself to workout? Not really. its absolutely fine to skip a day. Well, we will see! hehe 
With the years I have really started to love high waisted pants more and more. They are so comfy especially during winter time. They hug the figure nicely and can be combined with every other color because they are so neutral. How was your day so far? 
Later I will meet up with my sister in the city, so that will be nice. : ) have a great day my beautiful people! Kisses
